Basic Service Package Includes: 

* Inspecting for signs of damage (e.g., leaks, mold, pest infestations). 
* Checking windows, doors, and locks for security.
* Monitoring temperature and humidity levels to ensure HVAC systems are functioning properly. 
* Flushing toilets, running faucets, and checking appliances to prevent issues from disuse.
* Checking the property perimeter for damage, vandalism, or storm-related issues.
* Ensuring outdoor security features (e.g., lights, cameras) are operational. 
* Monitoring for landscaping issues (e.g., overgrown lawns, fallen branches).
* Ensuring lawn care, and pool maintenance is being done by your contractor.
